DUTCH DELFT TIN-GLAZED EARTHENWARE PLAQUES, LOT OF TWO, each of oval form having two holes for hanging, with polychrome hand-painted scenes, comprising one example featuring charming homes and two windmills beside reflecting water and one example depicting a figure with a herd of sheep beside water and a church steeple in background. Each with hand-brushed Makkum mark to back. Royal Tichelaar Makkum, Makkum, Netherlands. Late 19th/early 20th century. 15 3/8" x 12 3/4".
