Jacob Eby, Manheim, Pennsylvania Federal Cherry Tall Case Clock, circa. 1810. Broken arched pediment with urn- turned finials, turned column supports, cove molded waist with shaped lip molded pendulum door, chamfered corners and molded base with French bracket feet. Brass works, 30 hour movement, illuminated dial signed "JACOB EBY, MANHEIM" with cornucopia, fruit and foliate decoration and calendar dial. Jacob Eby was a clockmaker listed in Manheim, Pennsylvania tax records from 1803 to 1828 89" h.

Condition

Center finial cut above urn, some typical age cracks on base panel and minor restoration to feet
