Condition
**In overall very good condition. The piece is sturdy, stable and functional.
There are some minor past restorations, including splices to two of the rails between drawers in the upper
section, replaced drawer bottom and possibly sides to one end drawer on the base, and scattered replaced
drawer bottoms.
The brasses on the base are very slightly wider than those on the top. There are old holes on the base
drawer faces that correspond to the drilling of the brasses on the top, indicating the base was once fitted
with brasses that correspond to those on the top.
Cornice moldings replaced.
