Tovrea's mother regarding his capture by the Germans, a letter from Ed's good friend Bill Whisonant while in North Africa expressing his relief having heard from Ed, a Telegraph from the Red Cross relaying Tovrea's POW status, a most interesting Life magazine article and photo of American Fliers in a German POW camp , Ed is in the photo this causing considerable newspaper follow up articles and a Arizona Republic article showing same also a POW relatives Association newsletter showing Ed as a prisoner at the later famous Luft Stalag III.
