(1) March 31st, 1863, concerning shipping stolen goods home, one shotgun, fine organ, vases, trunk of china, luggage Etc. Mentions Pensacola, Florida and Ship Island. (1) March 25th, 1863. Good news from Port Gibson and Vicksburg. Mentions Santa Rosa Island. (1) January 1st, 1863, Negros here had a great prayer meeting watching the old year out and the new one in. I wish I knew the truth of the matter in regards to their freedom. (1) March 2nd, 1863 letter. (1) February 20th, 1863, sending souvenirs home, wishes Vicksburg would fall.(1) January 1st, 1863. (1) January 12th, 1863, speaks of Bragg and Rosecrantz, blocking fleet at Charleston and General Burnside. (1) Date ? The CSA ship Blackstone is seized and The Creole is wrecked on Florida reefs.(3) Letters 1863 and ??.
