PIERCED BRASS AND BLOWN MOLDED PRESENTATION LANTERN, polished, pierced base with stars to the top and base, large strap handle, pear-form fixed colorless globe with intricately engraved floral wreath surrounding "L. M. Sweet", removable brass font with spring mechanism to underside of base. Fitted with a brass and tin double-tube burner. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. Third quarter 19th century. 18" HOA, 4 1/2" D base.

Condition

Excellent condition with some minute denting, globe with some light scratches.
