Includes: (1) Resurvey granted to John Brice (of Baltimore County) granted 6/29/1807, survey completed May 12 1808 for 364 acres more or less called "Trouble", properties also mentioned "Cockeys Addition" and "Underwood's Addition", William Cockey, Thomas and Samuel Underwood, taped, seperated, P; (1) "Deed of Gift" Indenture dated May 20 1812 between John Brice (Annapolis) to Edmund Brice (Baltimore City, son) for $1 a tract of land called "Trouble"; stained, P; (1) Indenture made 5/23/1827 between John Brice, Nicholas Price and Henry Brice (of Baltimore) and Clement Smith and his wife Margaret (of Washington DC) land in Anne Arundel County "Underwood's Addition", possibly incomplete; (1) Indenture dated 5/16/1835 first part between Clement Smith and Wife (of DC) and Nicholas Price and wife (of Baltimore); the second part between Richard Tilghman Price and Charles Handshaw concerning a tract of land called "Trouble"a consideration of $200 to be paid by Charles Hanshaw for 10 Acres, F; (1) notes taken concerning Charles Gibson vs the Estate of George Hayden, Dower Mary Hayden consisting 186 acres of land called "Trouble" and a dwelling located on Tabernacle Street in Annapolis, requesting a resurvey, no date; (1) Indenture Bond dated June 22 1808, John Welch against representatives of John and Samuel Buchman to obtain a deed for a tract of land called "Welch's Folly" to clear indebtedness from 1749 in the amount of 322 pounds, 8 shillings; complete, but in two pieces, P; (1) Indenture, recorded 6/8/1830 mentions Alexander Randall vs. Benjamin Welch / John Welch; mentions "Barretts Purchase", "Welch's Folly", "Sarah's Purchase", "Cowman's Purchase", concerning 385 acres and $3857, very poor condition; (1) Deed, between George W. Welch and wife Betty to James P. Magill a tract of land called "Welch's Folly", 58 acres for the sum of $4118 dated January 28, 1859; all have age appropriate wear, toning, addditional hand-written notations, etc.
