Includes: (1) plotted surveys concerning "Yarrow Farm" and "Friendship", copy of plot taken from re-survey made in 1710 of "Yarrow Farm"; (1) copy of courses of tracts of land known as "Yarrow Farm" and "Yarrow Swamp" combined acres 522, surveyed by John F. A Priggs of Prince Georges County, ames Edmonstons certified, patented October 14, 1768; (1) Courts' Division of Land from the Estate of Richard Snowden, to Caroline E. Snowden two parcels of land in Prince Georges Co. , first parcel part of "Friendship Enlarged" containing 442 acres, second parcel "Lemlor Bottom Enlarged (?)" 541 acres, division made in 1824; incomplete; poor condition; (1) Deed, Anne Arundel Co. recorded June 17, 1834 between Charity Foulke of Annapolis MD to Mary Lorke (her daughter) for $1.00 lot no. 50 containing 678 square feet and two houses; poor; tears and tape repairs; (1) location of property lines, deed from Charity Foulke to Mary Lorke dated June 12, 1834 recorded April 1, 1841; very difficult to read, poor condition; (1) Articles of Agreement dated June 1, 1853 between Thomas Welch (Anne Arundel Co.) and George Hanes (Prince Georges Co.) dispute over boundaries - land owned by Welch known as "Yarrow" and land owned by Hanes as "Friendship"; agreed to the appointed Chas. Calvert of Prince Georges Co. and John Duvall of Anne Arundel Co. as arbitrators; (1) copy of "Friendship" survey discription of 1694 recorded March 12, 1853; (1) copy of land dipsute from original grant - "Friendship" was surveyed Oct. 16, 1694, another survey conducted Dec. 30, 1710 (earlier survey deemed to be more accurate); (1) copy of re-survey made in 1763, case of Welch and Brent, copies are VG; all documents have age appropriate wear, notations, etc.
