Calvert of Prince Georges Co. and John Duvall of Anne Arundel Co. as arbitrators; (1) copy of "Friendship" survey discription of 1694 recorded March 12, 1853; (1) copy of land dipsute from original grant - "Friendship" was surveyed Oct. 16, 1694, another survey conducted Dec. 30, 1710 (earlier survey deemed to be more accurate); (1) copy of re-survey made in 1763, case of Welch and Brent, copies are VG; all documents have age appropriate wear, notations, etc.
