THE THIRDThe overall condition is very good structurally with the following:Structural Issues: The bottom hem trim has faded slightly due to some thread loss.Losses: The left side hemline velvet binding has a few holes and the pile has worn away throughout sections of the binding. Repairs/Alterations: The petticoat appears to have been lengthened at the waist under the waist band and there is a small replaced section of the lining to the right of the opening.
