19th century ornately carved two-part buffet deux corps. The upper part with double mermaid crest between urn finials over a cabinet with beveled glass doors between open shelves, decorated with monopodia griffins, phoenixes, dolphins, other grotesques, putti masks, scrolling foliate and neoclassical motifs. The lower part with two cabinets over two drawers over a lower tier, decorated with high relief masks, wreaths, swags, mythological figures, and neoclassical motifs, the sides inscribed "Labor" and "Pax". There is a key for the upper cabinet, but not the lower cabinet.
