Here is a nice 1977 Fender Musicmaster Bass that is now 45 years old. SERIAL NUMBER: S720109. COLOR: Black. WEIGHT: 7lbs 14.2ozs (3kg/580g). Guitar is 100% original, no modifications. Body has a thin black polyurethane finish, nice and shiny. There are some scratches and dings, hardly any of them have gone through the finish. Matching pot codes are stamped 1377709 denoting the CTS Co. dated on the 09 week of 1977. Chrome bridge is still very shiny, no pitting. The neck is in very fine shape, just a little wear on the underside. The headstock has naturally turned more as a satin finish. The neck has a 7.25 radius, C shape profile. Frets are in good shape, plenty of life left. Nice patina on tuners and string guide. Stamped at the butt reads 0400-1476. Feels and plays very well. This Bass comes with its vintage case in very good condition, original hang tag and owners manual. This guitar would add to any collection, shop, or home.
