This is a 1974 Fender Stratocaster and would make a great restoration project! SERIAL NUMBER: 528770. COLOR: Three-Tone Sunburst. WEIGHT: 6lbs 7.2ozs (2kg/920g). This is another restoration that could not be completed by the current collector. Basically, we have a body, neck, and some hardware. All parts are 100% original. We have the body, neck, tremolo bridge, tremolo claw, springs jack, jack cup, strap buttons, tuners (original tuners, no other tuner have been on the neck), neck plate with bolt and screws. The three-tone sunburst finish is nice with some unbelievable checking. There are some dents, dings, scratches, you name it, however this body is incredibly light. The neck is in good vintage condition. Neck is very straight, has a 7.25 radius, C shape profile. There are some dings, dents, and chips throughout the neck, however, still has playability left. Frets have some wear but there is still life left in them. Unfortunately, the ink stamp reading at the butt is not readable, but the ink stamp of the name J. TORRES is. Tuners on the back of the headstock are still shiny while the tuners in front of the headstock and string trees have some gorgeous patina to them. Another great restoration project for someone who is up for the challenge. This Strat comes with its original black tolex case that is in good vintage condition, and tremolo arm.
