Worcester Porcelain Part Tea and Coffee Service
Circa 1770
Comprising two teapots and covers, four fluted teapot stands, milk jug and cover, waste bowl, two saucers, three shaped circular dishes, two handled chocolate cup and saucer, nine teacups, four coffee cups and ten saucers, blue painted pseudo character marks, each with an underglaze blue paneled trellis and brocade design incorporating large chrysanthemum mons, enameled in red, yellow, green, puce and turquoise and enriched with gilt. Height of teapots 6 1/2 inches (16.5cm).
