A Navajo Traditional Hand-Woven Pictorial Storm Pattern Rug.
Early 20th Century.
Hand-spun wool, woven in natural colors with stepped border.
Rendered in brown, beige and red.
Each corner displays a smaller square representing the four sacred mountains with zigzag lighting symbols to carry blessings from the center of storm.
Dimensions: 59 in. x 28 in.
Good original pre-owned estate condition, fine tight weaving, four corner cords present, no repairs noted, appropriate for age and use (view photos for accuracy).
