AN ELABORATE EARLY 19TH CENTURY ENAMELLED CHATELAINE AND COMBINATION FOB WATCH VINAIGRETTE, the scrolling hook enamelled with a classical figure playing the lyre, suspending fancy pierced and enamelled chain links terminating in two enamelled bell-shaped pendants with seed pearl and woven pendant drops, to the centre and tied by a circular enamelled link suspended two watch keys and an unusual lyre-shaped combination fob watch and vinaigrette, the enamelled white porcelain dial with black Arabic index and blued steel hands, the lyre-shaped case picked out in blue enamel and decorated with seed pearls and diamonds, the top of which is hinged to reveal a vinaigrette. Back of hook marked 'J' surmounted by a crown, 19.2cm by 8cm overall, fob watch 3.5cm by 2.3cm (excluding suspension links), 52.2 grams gross
