Minor toning to page edges, else clean and crisp. Eisenhower's book recounts his command experiences during World War II over the span of the conflict, from the North African, Italian, Sicilian, and French campaigns, to the final onslaught against the Nazis in Germany. In addition to serving as an invaluable firsthand account, Eisenhower's "Crusade in Europe" is copiously illustrated with maps, photographs, and souvenir typescripts of important documents; there are 6 color maps including the full-spread maps on the pastedown endpapers, 38 text maps, and 16 illustrations.
