Impeccable Chinese vase with phoenix handle formed from a stunning white jade. Phoenix or (Feng huang) represents good fortune, plentiful harvest, longevity, good luck, and fertility. A rounded body inscribed with Jagged mountainside pathway with evergreen trees ascends to form the slender neck, with an offshoot arising to create the spout. A traveler makes his way through the chiseled mountainside pathway toward a village in the distance. Above the neck the domed lid and finial sit flush against the opening. Nephrite shows a milk-white coloration with a sporadic arrangement of various inclusions.

Over all in EXCELLENT condition, with normal anomalies in nature, sign of stressed surface, minor scratch & dent. Surface traced wear and or declined to gilding; Normal, considering ages and wears.
