France, late 19th century, white metal with black painted tole elements, fixtures stamped "AE / BREVETE / S.G. D. G.," reeded standard center with unfurling berry finial, flanked by two reeded vertical arms each with cut glass shade with frosted vine motif, scrolling arm supports, over a round base with four c-scroll feet.
