1/4/23 3:45pm - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 1236: I note the bookcase displays some surface wear, scratches, nicks, and dings, notably at trim/ edges, some small areas trim loss and veneer lifting, some trim loss to interior of doors at glass panels, all glass doors are currently intact and free of any apparent chips or cracks, all wear commensurate with age and use, the center doors do not currently lock shut – the locking mechanism is operational, but is not catching to the opposing door.
