Description
Fragment of a decorative wooden frieze carved and pierced on the front with part of a quadruped with a long, sinuously bent, tail marking the space occupied by two characters at leisure - one seems to be dancing, the other holding a musical instrument - from that occupied by three monkeys clinging to the aforementioned tail, which thus becomes more similar to a plant motif. The composition is then gilded and finished in vivid polychrome with clothes and complexions.
