Description
Probably late Qing Dynasty, fine Rectangular form porcelain plaque with two divine figures in play one with bats representing of the five blessings; health, long life, prosperity, love of virtue, and peaceful death. The other riding atop a giant mythical salamander with a broom. The lengthy inscription is a prayer for the new year and congregation of golden heart, possibly referring to the immortal god as Guan Sheng Di. Wax Hong Kong export seal to back. 11 1/2" H
