Quimbaya culture (c. 200BC-1500 CE)
With carved decorative bands of incising to arms and legs; row of pierced holes to upper head; hammered gold ornamentation to nose.
H: 13 1/8, W: 10 3/4, D: 5 5/8 in.
H: 33.34, W: 27.31, D: 14.29 cm.
Provenance: Private collection, Northern Virginia. The collection was purchased in Bogota, Colombia throughout the early 1980's. Sold with copy of original receipt with importation stamp and signature.

Condition
Great retention of carved details and facial elements. Gold nose ring in good condition. No observed modern damage. Pierced holes throughout, original to production.
