Collector's Lot of Antique Porcelain Plaques. Including: Antique German Hand Painted Porcelain Plaque, C. 1900. "Odalisque," after Angelo Asti (Italian, 1847-1903), signed (possibly "Wagner"); back with a faint incised HR in a circle (Hutschenreuther mark) and ink stamped: "Odalisque" and "Germany." In later frame. Size: 3 1/4" x 2 5/8", 8 x 6.5 cm (plaque); 7'' x 5'', 18 x 13 cm (frame). Together with Limoges Pate-sur-Pate Plaque by Auguste Riffaterre (1868-1935), C.1895. Bust of an Allegorical Maiden, signed in gilt:" Riffaeterre/Limoges"; back with impressed cipher AR and "Grand Feu Limoges." Framed. Size: 4'' x 4'', 10 x 10 cm (plaque); 9'' x 9'', 23 x 23 cm (frame), and 2 Antique German Painted Porcelain Plaques. 1) After Alfred Seifert (German, 1850-1901), "Unter Rebenlaub" (Under the Vine Leaves), oval painted porcelain plaque, signed illegibly, titled verso and stamped: "Made in Germany." In an associated Italian metal frame. Size: 3.4'' x 2.75'', 9 x 7 cm (plaque); 5.25'' x 4'', 13 x 10 cm (frame); 2) Joseph Ahne (German, 1830-1909) after Pierre Mignard (French, 1635-1719) "Françoise d'Aubigné, Marquise de Maintenon," oval porcelain plaque, signed: "Ahne," verso inscribed: "Mme. Maintenon." Framed. Provenance: Ex collection of Dr. Horacio Fabrega, Pittsburgh, PA. Size: 3.5'' x 2.5'', 9 x 6 cm (plaque); 4.75'' x 3.25'', 12 x 8 cm (frame).
