Description
Chinese carving of a bean pod with the vines forming a hole allowing the piece to be used as a pendant or toggle. Interesting inclusions in the stone have been integrated into the carving and leaves. The stone of a pale yellow-green coloration.
Provenance: Private Minneapolis Collection - collected in China prior to 1985.

Condition
Good condition with no visible repairs or damage. The stone has many natural inclusions. The wood stand has shrunk tight to the pendant so removing safely for inspection was not possible.
