A collection from the Pennsylvania Railroad Library of hand written and typed correspondence letters. The cardboard binder cover reads Correspondence regarding General W.W. Atterbury taking charge of railroads in France for duration of World War I. There are a total of nineteen messages dated throughout August 1917. One of the pages is stamped with the embossed Pennsylvania Railroad Library seal. Cover shows standard signs of age with discoloration and a bent lower right corner. A few of the interior pages show minor age discoloration. See photos for best description.
