Description
Fine quality Russia gilt-silver serving tray, rectangular with shaped octagonal corners and raised border engraved with Neoclassical motifs. The rim with chased and engraved foliate decoration, the corners depict scrolled foliage and a lyre, side handles with further repousse decor depicting two cherubs holding a lyre among scrolled foliage.
Hallmarks: 84 silver standard, the Cyrillic maker's mark 'PL.'

Condition
The tray is in good condition overall. Several insignificant scratches. Minor gilding losses to the back.
