A ST. LOUIS CAR COMPANY ASHTRAY & KANSAS G.A.R. MEDALS
American, first half 20th century, miscellaneous material. Nine (9) articles. A brass ashtray in the form of a horse's head for the St. Louis Car Company, together with five medals: two Salina, Kansas, a Smoky Hill Aerie 765 Fraternal Order of Eagles pin on a ribbon and a 1917 Grand Army of the Republic Souvenir Medal Badge for the 36th National Encampment; as well as a 1907 Topeka Representative G.A.R. medal badge for the 26th Encampment, one for the 1910 29th Encampment, and one with an American flag ribbon. Also included are two handkerchiefs of the American flag, and a G.A.R. lapel pin.
Horse: 10 x 9 in. (25.4 x 22.9 cm.)
