Description

Antique c1880 Pinwheels Quilt - Bars Setting measuring 70 x 83". There are 4 bars, 10" wide consisting of 7 pinwheels, 7.5 x 7.5 ", set on point. There are 4.5" light brown print alternating bars, 8" vertical borders and 4.5" horizontal borders. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with the back brought to the front, and applied by hand. It is in good condition with a few small spots. This quilt is from the estate of Sharon Stark, noted Pennsylvania textile dealer and award winning author. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
