Goblet with Girl Countess Schaffgotsch'sche Josephinenhuette, Schreiberhau, ca. 1860 Colourless, gold-ruby underlaid glass with pewter enamel overlay, cut with reeds and triple passes. Polished edges contoured in gold, spiral ornaments in polished gold on the flared base. On the high cuppa, three cartouches with fine, colorful enamel painting: a peasant girl with a purse tied around her waist and a jug in her left hand, an implied house and trees in the background. On the back, floral arrangements with roses, morning glory, poppies, etc. Between the cartouches spiral ornaments in fine gold painting.
