Lancaster County, Pennsylvania Grain-Painted Pine Blanket Box, Nineteenth Century. The rectangular lid opening to the interior with till, signed under the lid "Mr. Jos(?) from/ Landisville/ Lancaster Co./ Pa" in pencil, above the molded base and raised on double bulbous-turned feet, the whole painted with fine wavy lines in shades of yellow on a brown ground. H: 25.375 in., W: 42.25 in., D: 20.5 in.
