Metal badge, 1.75 x 2 in., with a gilded diving eagle over a mobile swastika within a burnished wreath. This version of the badge was awarded to Fallschirmjager (paratroops) following the successful completion of parachute jump school. Maker mark on the verso: 'G. H. Osang Dresden'. Moderate wear to gilding, light oxidation throughout, still very good. Sold with original presentation box.
