Pre-Columbian, Central America, Costa Rica, Nicoya region, ca. 800 to 1200 CE. A tall, egg-shaped pottery vessel adorned with pseudo-glyph bands along the upper body as well as colorful groups of bands along the lower body that continue down on to the flared foot. Size: 8.40" Diameter x 11.625" H (21.3 cm x 29.5 cm)
