"So far I have made only one recipe in this book, the Fresh Orange Cake on page 159, but it is a winner. My mom used to make this cake for special occasions and we all loved it. We do make a few alterations to the recipe - use orange juice instead of water in the cake batter and omit the coconut and fluffy white icing. Just make the orange sugar glaze but don't add the coconut and use that in the middle and top of the cake. Another good recipe is the Olive Filled Cheese Balls on page 41. I haven't made this one yet, but my aunt used to make this for parties, so I will be trying it soon. The book is filled with lots of good drink recipes among other types of recipes.
