Pre-Columbian, South America, Ecuador, Manteno culture, ca. 500-1500 CE. This lot includes a collection of seven ancient ceramic spindle whorls arranged on fun desktop custom stand. All are finely formed and all but one manifest incised attractive geometric patterns. What's more, the pieces are movable and may be arranged by you to create intriguing compositions. Museum quality stands included. The largest is 2 1/8"D x 1 1/4"T.Â
