Queen Anne High ChestÂ
American (New England), 18th century. A Queen Anne high chest in cherry and maple with pine secondary, having a (possibly later) broken scrolled pediment and a (later) molded cornice over the upper case of four graduated drawers, over a lower case of three aligned drawers, the whole on cabriole legs with sharp arising knees and slipper feet; ht. 88.5, wd. 39, dp. 19 in. Â
