10. Ivory Seal Cane-Ca. 1880-Single piece ivory handle naturalistically carved in the shape of a sleek-bodied seal with short and wide flat flippers limbs on, what seems to be, floating ice. Malacca shaft with an engine turned silver collar and a 2 ½” tall stag horn ferrule. Rarely encountered in the widespread cane repertoire, this cane was obviously well cared for and survived in a privileged condition.
