Chippendale Tall Case Clock in CherryÂ
American (possibly Philadelphia), late 18th-early 19th century. A tall case clock in cherry with a brass eight-day time-and-strike on bell movement, the bonnet having a swan's neck pediment with three flame finials, and an arched face door flanked by round columns, the dial polychrome painted with foliate motifs and having subsidiary calendar and seconds dials at the center, the waisted case with a central door flanked by fluted corner columns and resting on a rectangular base; ht. 94.5, wd. 21.25, dp. 11.25 in.

Condition
Probably associated case/movement but overall good. Feet have been cut down. Minor case repairs. Split repair to lower front case panel. Case's inside lower bottom board replaced.
