JAPANESE CLOISONNE VASE - Ando Jubei (1876-1958) vase in signed presentation box, the Six-Sided Tapered Enameled Vase with squared shoulder, concave neck and flat silver rim and foot, green interior, deep blue-black exterior featuring three birds in a tree that is just beginning to turn to autumn, floral stem at back, fine geometric border along bottom edge. Early 20th c. 7 3/8" tall. Unsigned, in original wooden box with signed and sealed lid, inscription, includes caved wooden stand. Fine condition, small spots to top silver rim. Ando Jubei founded one of the longest lasting Cloisonne houses.
