(3) EARLY GERMAN POTTERY BEER STEINS - All with pewter lids, including: Large Plum Sponged Stein with cartouche of man working a scythe in blue & green on white, the lid engraved "HHS, GHS, 1787", 9 3/4" x 4 1/4" diam; PLUS Cream glaze over terra cotta, with painted floral swag in green, blue & yellow, pewter foot, the lid engraved 'FTSP, 1834", 9 1/2" x 4 3/4" diam.; PLUS Cream over terra cotta, with polychrome portraits of St. Josephus and St. Gertrudis flanking inscription "Vivat Josephus Soll, Leben und Gertrudis Auch Darneben, 1816". 7 3/4" x 4 1/2" diam. All in generally good condition, with minor flakes to bases.
