Description
A selection of early to mid 20th century 9ct gold jewellery. To include a stylized belt ring with diamond accent, a split pearl crescent and synthetic ruby star brooch, and a bi-colour floral bar brooch. Ring with hallmarks for Birmingham, 1939. Length of brooches 4.7 and 3.8cms. Total weight 10.6gms.
Condition
The lot is in good to fair overall condition with scratches in keeping with general wear. The ring has losses to the buckle motif. Traces of gilt finish remain. Estimated diamond weight 0.07ct. The diamond is too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades within the mount. Width of band 1cm. Ring size O (at leading edge). Bi-colour bar brooch has replacement base metal pin and clasp, with soft solder noticeable. Hallmarks for Birmingham, partially obscured.
