Description
18th/19th century. The wooden fretwork panels mounted with polychrome jade, mother of pearl and hard stones to show a pair of vases containing lingzhi sprigs and leaves resting on a tiered stand above a scholar's rock on polychrome stand, with traces of original paint to wood backings, in overall good condition, with some minor damage to fretwork panel, possible repairs to some mounts. Approx. 44 3/4 by 8 1/4 in., 114 by 21 cm. Provenance: from the estate of Guntermann Family, MA
