Pre-Columbian, Peru, Inca culture, ca. 1300-1500CE. Marvelous ceramic ladle featuring a central panel decorated with a lively camelid painted in chocolate brown on cream ground. Hues of orange surround the roundel - followed by chocolate brown head and tail shaped handles. Unusual form. 3.63"W x 8.25"H (9.21 W x 20.96 H cm) .
