Limited Edition bronze sculpture entitled "Madame Butterfly", depicting the Japanese geisha wife named Cio-Cio-San known as Madame Butterfly standing in pink, silver and gold wedding kimono holding a fan aloft in her right hand. Back of gown incised with the artist's signature, the black base with edition number 395/500, published by Seven Arts Edition, London. Height 18.75", width 12", depth 5.25".
Provenance: From the Estate of Mrs. Charlotte Topping Smith of Atlanta, Georgia.

Overall very good condition. No damage or repairs noted. Minor wear to silver finish lower left front robe, not distracting.
