This Fine Vintage Ship model is of the 1779 Royal Louis French 3-Decker First Rate Ship. This hand crafted piece of art is wonderfully detailed and in great condition, minus some dust. She appears to be missing her flags, however is nicely named on the back and base of the model. This model measures approximately 38”L x 34”T x 12”W.The Royal Louis was a 3-deck first rate ship of the line with 120 guns. Her captain was a Squadron Admiral.
