Pre-Columbian, Colima, Mexico, ca. 500 BCE - 500 CE. Burnished pottery figure of a standing Shaman blowing a Conch shell. On top of his head he wears a horn (symbol of a Shaman). Incised detailing allover his body shows he is wearing a loin cloth and "girdle" with detailed headdress/ horn on top of his head. Size: 14"H x 7-1/2"W.
