An unusual Chinese Huanghuali wood seat frame with slightly splayed legs, originally part of an official's hat armchair, 17th century, late Ming / early Qing Dynasty, in completely original condition, overall wear, loose joints and missing parts, previously used as a coffee table with a piece of glass placed on the top, see images for more detail condition, from an Upper East Side collection, 22 1/2" wide, 18" deep, 19 1/2" high
