AMERICAN / BRITISH NEEDLEWORK PICTURE, embroidery and watercolor on silk, depicting a female harp player with urn to left and castle in background. Gold-painted frame. Inscribed on verso paper "A needlework picture made by my mother's mother, Susana Brown who died about 1847", signed by Dr. William Branson, May 1924. First half 19th century. 11 1/2" x 9" sight.
