Pre-Columbian, Central Mexico, Mixtec, ca. 1000 to 1300 CE. Attractive pottery bowl on three decorated rattle legs. Exterior decorated with black over orange petals. Interior decorated with repeating geometric designs. Size: 5" H x 8 1/2" diameter (12.7 cm x 21.6 cm).
Provenance: Ex-private Olan collection, California, by family descent, acquired 1960 to 1970.
