AMERICAN "TURKEY TRACKS" PIECED QUILT, red, tan, and white, blocks alternating between pieced and plain ones, all set on point creating an overall pattern of large white blocks outlined with red and tan feathered lines; the plain blocks are hand quilted in the center with a large floral motif; the patterned blocks are hand quilted with a combination of straight and diagonal lines; three piece white backing with attached binding. 19th century. 72" x 74 1/2".
Excellent condition overall with slight staining.
Provenance: From a private Maryland collector.
