WWII JAPANESE CASED NAVAL BINOCULARS & PROTRACTOR - World War II 20 x 115 Ship Mounted Binocular (Destroyer), Japan, with pale grey-painted finish, rotating eyepieces and 1 1/8-inch socket mount for tripod or deck mount (optics refurbished). In the original painted wooden case with grounding unit in green painted metal case. Binoculars are roughly 20 1/2" x 11" x 5", very heavy. Case is 12 1/2" x 13 1/2" x 25", marked in Japanese, has name of US Naval Officer who sent back to US from I Corps in Kobe; plus Naval Navigational Protractor #352, by Tamaya & Co. in bronze with brass and silver register ring, preserved in the original fitted wooden case, with kanji inscription. 9 1/4" x 20 1/4" x 2", good condition.
